Green Peppers and Coconut Fry

Ingredients

3 green peppers, diced into 1inch cubes
2 tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
¼ tsp ginger and garlic paste
¼ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add the onion and fry for a few seconds until translucent
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric. Sauté for a min to cook
  4. Add the peppers, sauté on high heat for 8-10mins
  5. Add the chilli powder, salt and coconut. Sauté for 3-5 mins on medium heat
  6. Add coriander, cook for 30 seconds
