
Green Peppers and Coconut Fry

Ingredients
3 green peppers, diced into 1inch cubes
2 tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
¼ tsp ginger and garlic paste
¼ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add the onion and fry for a few seconds until translucent
- Add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric. Sauté for a min to cook
- Add the peppers, sauté on high heat for 8-10mins
- Add the chilli powder, salt and coconut. Sauté for 3-5 mins on medium heat
- Add coriander, cook for 30 seconds
